Our First Family Outing

A shopping baby is definitely a happy baby!  After a full nights sleep, (yes, he slept entirely through the first night and we were absolutely astonished) we got him dressed and took him to the Uni Centro Mall, located just behind Casa Yaroslava.  Being a Saturday, it was immensely crowded but he got to see lots of people including Captain America and Iron Man who were visiting for the Avengers movie playing at the Cine.  The lines to take pictures with them were just too long, otherwise it would have been a good photo op.  It rained off and on all day but we managed to get him there and back with a nice break of sunshine around mid day.  We are having too much fun just watching him pull himself up, roll around, and laugh out loud.  Actually, he is one of the most observant and expressive babies we have ever seen. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to venture out and show him new things.  -Monica and Jim
